Behaviour of some staff is very bad, especially the girl who is giving appointment to Dr kishor Kumar, she is very rude this type of behavior not acceptable. Train them on behaving politely with patients first. We are not asking free service/treatment.

Behaviour of medical shop staffs are very bad and don't have knowledge how to handle customer and bill for higher amount instead of box price

Worst management system, Me and my mom went Dr. Vishwanath Shetty for a checkup, after the checkup they asked us to pay the bill at the counter, doctor took just 5 minutes to check we 2, but at the counter they asked us to pay 650rs as only consultation charges, i believe this is too much and they don't give any bill also, I don't think doctor also knows about this, and the sister who is standing their is very rude, she doesn't even know how to treat patients, I don't know who has given her this job, she is not fit to become as nurse, this happened to me on 9th of March 2023 around 7.30pm. My sincere request to Dr. Vishwanath Shetty please don't keep such workers with you, I'm not worried about the fees because I respect his job and dedication and also i had seen him from my childhood days, but the lady and sister were standing their so rude and doesn't even know how to talk to patients

I visited Vinaya hospital kundapura today and was disappointed with the level of cleanliness and hygiene. When i asked a staff member to change the blood stained bedsheet on my bed. She refused saying that she can't change it for every patient. Patients should not be expected to sleep on dirty bedding, as it poses a health risk and make them uncomfortable I would not recommend this hospital based on my experience.Its important for the health care facilities to prioritise patient comfort and safety,and refusal to change a blood stained bedsheet is a cause for concern. It's worse than any other hospital in kundapur .

Dr kishore shetty is unprofessional , rude and impatient, least bothered about patient concerns and doesn't explain medication properly. If you ask any doubts he gets irritated and gets impatient and always in hurry to check next patient, he just wants to complete patient queue for entire day and least bothered for treatment explanation

Dr. Kishor Shetty is a rude doctor, doesn't listen to patients concern and simply gives medication as per his thoughts also doesn't explain how to use/take medicines properly. He is always in hurry and wants to rush patient out and check next patients, just wants to attend more patients doesn't bother about patients satisfaction

I don't know about other doctors. I m giving review about gynicholsit and pediatrician. They both are good as per my satisfaction. I went to there for my delivery. The staff nurses all are ok during hospital days.

Worst management in hospital i have seen so far in Kundapura. The doctor appointment process is totally mindless. They have gone back to old age of giving number to patients rather than phone appointment and whenever asked for a slot they ask to come there and take. People going from far away places have to be there before hand to get already booked by local people and wait for 4-5 hours just to get 5 mins from Kishore doctor if at all he agrees to see. This has been going on for a while and i am done taking my parents to this hospital anymore. Also, the washrooms are pathetic and not at all clean for a hospital.
