you better send your reception staff for some soft skill and manners training as both of them lack to know even the meaning of these words. what ever the treatment quality be but if staff are ill mannnered to customers and very ignorant then they should be asking us to be polite to them. I surely not recommend this centre

I had a really bad experience dealing with reception staff with their ignorant attitude and high level of arrogance. They even started pointing fingers and raising their for questioning their inability to communicate the information and their unorganised way of dealing with patients. Even the charity hospital don't treat their customers this bad and we pay get this amazing treatment.

I was made to wait without telling any information about the availability of service and reception staff treated and communicated to me a bad attitude as if they were the only monopoly in the market. Waste of both money and time. Not recommend.

The staff at the reception are very rude and treat patients like we are here for charity. Service can get any more worse. People are treated in very bad manner even though we pay them.
