Today my brother son marriage reception function in VILVAM BHAVAN.PALLADAM. VERY GOOD VEGETARIAN FOOD items with very friendly service by Manager Mr.Chethan. Thanks to him and his service assistants. Thanks to the management and Mr.CHETHAN.

We (family) used to visit few times every month... Day by day quality is getting low... Every time issue is in service. Server not at all giving proper formal response and respect to the customers. They thinking that only travellers are visiting then why should we care about service like that.... After receiving a dish and if we need gravy or need to make another order means we need to stand up and ask or need to go their kitchen place and need to tell. Unprofessional peoples. AC is also not working and roof top fan is for few seats only... Dosa variety is total waste, spoiled chutney is received sometimes. Water glass and plates are not cleaned sometimes. Only plus is parking and no crowd inside. I gave this feedback to them directly in last few visits but no improvement.

I loved the taste. One small suggestion I'd like to give is as much as I like the fact that the waiter recites the dishes it could be great if they have a menu card because with the menu card I can order freely and calmly hoping it could be added soon. They also gave take out for the remaining food good !!

We had dinner... Chappathi was soft, Coconut chutney tasted like home made.. Good Filter coffee... Also they serve Goli Soda.. Good Hospitality and nice Ambiance...

Very Average food better find some other hotel.

I have visited this hotel more than 3 times. Since it's on the way coimbatore to karur main road. At first time(sat for dinner) I'm impressed by the variety of dish and taste. Then I gone there for lunch. Everything was fine. But during my last visit the service was poor. Everything I'm asking the server gave us a informal reply. I'm accompanied with my parents and the way the server talked felt irritating to us. Kindly needs improvement in service.

On a recent road trip to the Southern part of India, stopped at Vilvam for breakfast. The breakfast was very good and made us seek this out on return for lunch. We were not disappointed. Quality of food is homely and serive is good with competitive pricing.
