Easily one of the best villas ive been to. From the rooms, to hygiene, to the beautiful pool they have, the food we got, everything was perfect :) The staff were sweet enough to consider all the requests, and food we asked for and deliver them perfectly to us! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! If you want to spend a decent time with your friends or family, within the limits of Bangalore, this is the one for you

The place is a deceit. What they assure and what is actually provided is completely different. On top of it, the guests need to deal with staff's impolite behaviour and rude attitude. There's a long list of Don'ts that you discover only after booking the place. Forget about having a pleasant stay here, the basic amenities like beds were also not provided to us and the owner instead of resolving these simple issues, can go on arguing. With spoilt mood and time wasted, we chose to exit the place at 2am in the night. Folks, don't spoil your celebrations by booking this place.

Staying at villa was an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and attentive service. The resort's picturesque location offered breathtaking views and a serene ambiance, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

1. "Terrible experience - the room was dirty and smelled musty. The staff was unhelpful and rude, and the amenities advertised were either broken or nonexistent. Would never recommend staying here." 2. "Stay away from this place! The noise from the nearby construction was unbearable, making it impossible to relax or get a good night's sleep. The hotel also charged exorbitant fees for basic amenities like Wi-Fi and parking. Definitely not worth the price." 3. "This hotel is a complete rip-off. The room was tiny and outdated, and the bed was uncomfortable. The worst part was the lack of cleanliness - there were stains on the sheets and hair in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusted." 4. "Do not stay here if you value your safety! The neighborhood is sketchy and unsafe, and I felt constantly on edge during my entire stay. The hotel security was nonexistent, and I witnessed multiple incidents of shady individuals loitering around the premises." 5. "I have never had such a terrible experience at a hotel before. The customer service was utterly atrocious - the staff was unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely disinterested in addressing any of our concerns. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to stay." 6. "The hotel was incredibly overbooked, causing us to be bumped from our reserved room. The staff offered no apologies or compensation for the inconvenience and brushed off our complaints. Absolutely unacceptable service." 7. "I had high expectations for this hotel based on the pictures and reviews, but I was sorely disappointed. The room was outdated and in desperate need of renovation. The walls were paper-thin, and I could hear every noise from neighboring rooms. Not a pleasant stay at all." 8. "This hotel falsely advertises its amenities - the pool was closed for maintenance during my entire stay, and the gym was tiny and poorly equipped. I would have booked elsewhere if I knew I wouldn't have access to these facilities." 9. "Beware of hidden fees! The hotel charges exorbitant prices for parking, Wi-Fi, and even basic toiletries. It's a shame because the room itself was mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the inflated price." 10. "I booked a non-smoking room, yet the moment I entered, I was hit with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The front desk claimed it was due to previous guests, but they did nothing to fix the issue. The room was also poorly cleaned and had a general unkempt feeling. Would not stay here again."

You can enjoy a homely feeling in that stay. It is located in a silent and clean place just 200 mt away from main road near Bagalur Crossing. Staffs are good and well behaved. You can order food as per your choice. I recommend Villa8485 for you.

Pathetic place. Never book. Beds were not provided. The service people were arrogant and impolite and so was the owner. Don't spoil your time and waste your money here. Edit: Expected this kind of reply only from the owner. False allegations and non apologetic. By the way, you didn't ask us to vacate, we chose to exit in the middle of the night that to with our small kids. Imagine how bad your place was and equally bad was your and your staff's attitude. @Owner - you think you can get away with your false allegations. Just go and see the negative reviews given by people repeatedly over last several years and the complaints are exactly the same. Rather than getting into banter with your customers, focus on customer service and living up to your promises. Being in hospitality industry, this is the least what any customer would expect.

They won't deserv 0 Star rating also. Where is the villa??? The name itself is fake. It's an apartment. Staff is very rude & arrogent. Pls don't even think of going here & waste time. Don't believe in good reviews. From the feedback language only you can judge how rude they are. How can they comment on people like drunkers n all. If ur going to party & no enjoyment, no talking, laughing, making little noice is also not allowed means what can we expect???? Our bed was taken by other guests. When asked for mattress they provided very bad condition matters without bedspread & blanket!!! Asked to sleep on that & adjust.... When we didn't aggree for that he asked us to vacate at midnight 2!!! We all family with kids where will go or how will sleep there without proper beds. Worst experience!!! It's a Jail!!!
