Visited the place but did not stay there. The place was very nice and the person who took us around very hospitable. The reason we did not book the place for an extended stay was due to their surge pricing for weekends and much, much higher rates for popular celebratory days like NY Eve.. Cheaper to holiday in better places in Goa for the same time of year.
Peaceful surroundings, clean pool but chlorine content was too much. Spacious AC rooms (4), kitchen with basic amenities. Game room with tv. Very safe for families. Caretaker present.
Excellent property to enjoy with family and friends. A self sustained place having four huge bed rooms all Air conditioned. A big hall wonderful kitchen with utensils and l.p.g. gas connection. A well kept swimming pool. Secured place with guard. Very near to the sea shore.

A good villa stay. Entire villa is well maintained and furnished. Can easily accommodate large groups of 15-20 ppl Rooms are very spacious and clean and with good amenities. Also has a terrace. Board games are available. The pool area is big enough to party The beach is 5 min of walking distance. Though not a well maintained beach, but can have a good time by beach.
That was a fun filled great experience at Mahabalipuram with family. The resort was so good with a clean pool and environment.
Beach at Walkable distance. Two small cuts to reach this place from main road. Inside villa it's safe, not the streets during night without light. If staying with family Arrange for foods at night inside villa or planning to go out for restaurant choose car, bike is not recommended. All rooms are spacious with attached bathroom. Not a new property but well maintained. Kitchen with gas and basic utensils like cups, few plates and tea pans provided.
Excellent place for a family stay at an affordable price with a nice sea shore walk in the evening , in deed a great stay
