Villa De 1945 - Hotel in Mahe - Kannur, India

One of the good hotel in Mahe. I loved the interiors of the hotel it's look like an old heritage house.

I strongly recommend this tastefully designed property with excellent service, helpful staff at Mahe. The property is a traditional joint family house renovated by the descendants. The reception helped us get taxis arranged, and were available round the clock. The breakfast made in house was also good despite having a limited spread. I won't have a second thought about accommodation in my next Mahe visit.

Very Good traditional hotel which is converted old Kerala Tharavadu style villa. Positives : - Got all modern facilities, - Spacious and clean rooms - Good Housekeeping - Recommend for family - Reasonable parking spaces - Good location in Mahe - with access to plenty of locations. Negatives : - Relatively expensive to stay. - Sometimes breakfast is delayed. - The hotel is on the a narrow road side - nothing to look out of your window (if you have one).

I stayed here on 2nd April 2023 with my family. Room is very neat and clean and very spacious. Service is very good. Very calm and quiet location.

It seems it's a 100 year old villa loved each and every corner of the hotel the lights , doors , windows the renovation is really fantastic and morning breakfast we loved it hot idiyapam.

We stayed at Villa De 1945, Mahe in the Suite Room 201 for 4 nights from January 25th to 28th 2023. It was a traditionally converted tharavadu with all modern facilities. Room and toilet were very spacious, clean and well kept, and we really enjoyed our stay. We will surely recommend this facility to our family and friends. Special mention of: - Amruth Sagar and Sajith C.K., of front office, who were very courteous and helpful. - Sushama was very efficient and outstanding in her room service duties. - Jishnu we have to specially mention how he was handling various duties and courteous as well. - Veena P, the chef, handling the kitchen by herself and providing really delicious home made breakfast to our utmost satisfaction.

Very good looking place. Traditional looking building and posh looking rooms. Seems to serve only breakfast in their restaurant. Employees have been very cooperative. Minor nuisances can be adjusted with.
