The Villa was neat and clean and I felt totally into nature around beautifull plants grown all around the Villa. The owner was very co-operative and made sure of our stay to go well.
1. From railway station, you can reach to stay by auto - minimum they charge 350 and maximum 400/= 2. Beach is 1km from the stay - you can go by walk. Although last 200 meters to reach beach is dirty. 3. Villa is surrounded by nature, bird chirping. 4. Electricity will come and go but they have power back for the same. 5. Wi-Fi is good - you can work from here. 6. In 400 meter surrounding you will find small grocery shops in case you are planning to cook. 7. Advisable to reach before dark for comfortable commute.
Excellent villa if you are trying to escape from regular hustle. A little far from the happening gokarna. To reach gokarna main beach or bus stop you need to take 150 rs auto. Villa is full of green. Caretaker Ravi is very helpful. The nearest beach is 5-7 mins walk.
Best place to stay and owners are very friendly. Helpers are polite and we wish to stay again when we plan our next trip

The place is in a serene location away from the hustle and bustle. Perfectly suited for peaceful stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained and service is very good. The place is very close to the Ocean as well and one can enjoy the quiet beach with all its stilness. One can have a relaxed time meditating and studying in this quiet place.
