The place was lovely. We were 4 people, in a 2 bed room one. One bed room had a private balcony and bathroom. And there was a shared bathroom as well as a balcony as well. It was calm and peaceful. We used to drink tea/coffee together on that common balcony. It was really good. The beds are also very good (spring mattress, I believe). They gave enough water each day as well as took care of the waste, we just needed to keep the waste outside our room, in a pack or so, and they collected it each month. The place is very near to Varca beach and the railway station.
Great place to stay. I stayed here for 5 days with family. It's a modern housing estate with open space and a small park. The flat where we stayed had a spacious hall, a kitchen, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The balconies overlooked a beautiful green wooded area. It is cool and calm here, and yet it is just about a couple of kms from the main city centre. Great place for a family vacation.
We booked 2BHK flat homestay from MakeMyTrip my trip. We got very heavy discount using CITI bank card. We stayed here 3nights 4days. The flat is too good. Its neet and clean. It's very near to Madgaon station (around 2km). The flat has AC in two rooms. 2 Bathrooms. 24hr water available. Room service is also good..

If clean serviced apartments is what you're looking for in South Goa, look no further. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms were clean, and so were the bathrooms. The only drawback is that there was no stove or induction heater that you could use to make yourself a meal, in case you decide to spend the day inside.
