Overall bad experience... Pathetic Breakfast and tea. Voltage problem. AC was not working for entire day. Parking issue. TV recharge was not done. Broken furniture in bathroom. Balcony was not well maintained. We took executive delux room but it was not at par of standard room. People drink and smoke sitting there in swimming pool . Nearby beach is only the advantage. Not a value for money.

Very bad experience. We booked for 2 night 1month back by paying 50% amount, but when we arrived they told we are sold out. Later they gave us 2 store rooms kind of rooms with no fridge or TV. Since it was 2 Oct, They also charged us 5k for each rooms which should be 2k per room. Horrible experience. Pool is dirty and the whole villa is like a jungle with mosquitoes and worms filled. Very badly maintained property. Only good thing is location from Beach.
Had an amazing stay at this resort. Booked it for 4 nights and the staff was super amazing and helpful for setting up and planning my wife's birthday. They went above and beyond in getting the requirements met along with helping me in plan the entire week. Great recommendations for activities and places to visit. Highly recommended for budget comfy stays.

It is beach side resort. All services and rooms are good but if you want to visit beach you have to walk around 500m through their property without lights

Its a budget friendly and perfect location resort. However there are various drawbacks. Firstly rooms are not mantained well. Second , there is no proper security . Third there is no intercom to connect the reception. Fourth there is nobody to greet at the reception. Fifth Food availability is limited to breakfast only which is very expensive . One aloo paratha small size 6inch costed 100 rs . Sixth , lots of mosquitos all over. Overall if you are a bachelor or on a trip with friends its very good place . However for family , you should look for better options.
