Good place to sip a hot cup of tea. In house made snacks are also good. One thing I dislike about this place is that they have no regard for social distancing during covid restrictions. Employees tend to serve their friends and acquaintances first rather than someone who waited for a long time.

As on 31/07/18 tea costs Rs 12/- and coffee costs Rs 17/-. But tea and coffee are excellent. Though lot of tea shops are there, we can see crowd at shop except lunch and dinner hours.
Popular place for tea. It is a landmark shop in kallakurichi. I like the taste of strong tea in thick milk. Always crowded. You hardly get a place to sit inside. Bajji and bondas are available during peak hours. They recently shifted to a new location close to sai specialty hospital.
The tea is good but you have to wait for it.
