Non cooperative staff at Dr. Dolly ultrasound unit. Do not consider the special case like lady in 9th month pregnancy with bone fracture Insensitive and have no sense of talking to patients. Front reception staff treated me in my severe condition as if I am their servant. Although Dr Dolly is very good but we have to cross the staff to reach her
I went to Dr Dolly for my growth scan. She was on call whole time she was doing scan, no proper answers were given to me. I asked if I can call my husband , she denied. The machines are very old. I felt like Yamunanagar is not progressing well in treating patients right . The staff was checking with doctor for every small query like can we give bill to this patient , the patient has come from Gurgaon can we do the scan for her? I know I got the scan done but treatment given was not as expected.
I would highly recommend vikram hospital to anyone in need of excellent medical care for their kids. He is a very cooperative doctor. But I always had a bad experience with their receptionists. Behavior is not good. Always busy in their gossip.

Process of operation is same like Doctor's of AIIMS do, Best part is that Doctor have 20 years(approx) of experience. Whole Process is very smooth and hygienic, specially staff and clean rooms. Staff take care of patient like we are there own family
