One of the main aspects of lodging would be of service, they need to reconsider on their policy of service Elder parents requested them for a bucket of hours water at 5:30 in the morning as they had to catch a train, hot water service was not given saying they provide only after 6:30!! Checked the prices in nearby lodges, this hotel charging almost double than their adjacent ones, with almost comparable room size and fixtures, not providing good service is really bad Also clean drinking water was not provided, in the era of need of avoiding single use plastics (mineral water bottles), clean drinking water facility should be available everywhere

I recently visited this hotel due to its proximity to the Trichy Central Bus stand, and I was initially drawn in by its stunning exterior. My first impression of the exterior was so impressive that I immediately inquired about the room rates and decided to book a room. The pricing was within my budget, so I opted for a solo room and completed the check-in process. However, my excitement was short-lived when I entered the room. To my dismay, the room was exceptionally tiny and lacked the cozy atmosphere I had anticipated. Despite the disappointment with the room's size and comfort, I was already committed since I had paid for the room in advance. On a positive note, the room services were commendable, and the availability of hot water from 7 to 10 in the morning was a plus. One of the hotel's strong points is its convenient location, making it easily accessible from the bus stand. Since my stay was only for a single day, I decided to make the most of it. It's worth noting that the hotel exclusively offers AC rooms, and for single occupancy, the daily charge is Rs. 1350. In conclusion, while the hotel's exterior and accessibility are appealing, the room's size and comfort left much to be desired. If you're willing to overlook the compact room and are in need of a conveniently located place for a short stay, this hotel might fit the bill.

We recently visited this hotel, It was located in the prime location. due to its proximity to the Trichy Central Bus stand and by its exterior we preferred this hotel. This hotel have car parking facilities, veg restaurant and bar. The pricing was within my budget, so we opted for double room and completed the check-in process. We added extra bed but the price is very much high...the room services were good. the availability of hot water from 7 to 10 in the morning was a plus. Room what we got is good... Complementary Breakfast available but taste not good. Ordered 3 coffee they changed Rs.140/- taste ok but price is high... If you're willing to overlook the compact room and are in need of a conveniently located place for a short stay, this hotel might fit the bill.

**Worst Experience & Charged Twice** Pls stay away from this hotel . We had a booking through Agoda and this hotel staff claimed that they did not receive any $$ money from Agoda even after we showed them the booking ID . Its interesting that they could not retrieve the booking even after providing name & phone number . No courtesy for guests and my driver was treated like a thief . Read through latest Agoda reviews and everyone has a bad experience . The staff at the counter literally ruined our day . They will not honor any online booking and make you pay "Walk-in" rates by cash . So do yourself a favor and find a better hotel . Oh and they have a landline number which is engaged every time you ring them .

Compact AC rooms, but it was a bit smelly and the outside noises tampered my sleep. Complimentary breakfast was good. Smooth experience on check-in and check-out, friendly staffs.

One of the worst hotel in trichy !! No water service ....ac not working !! Worst room service ... rude staffff... never visit at any cost !! I would give -1 rating.....no service jus show off and attitude!!! Never come here ...just save your money by not coming here.

Worst response on phone calls. Arrogant staff (including room boys). Stinking rooms and bathrooms. Single occupancy rooms are 8ft by 8 ft - it has one cot, dressing table, side table and old plastic chair (all in 64 sq ft) No lights on passage while walking to rooms. Service at restaurant is horrible and worst. DO NOT GO HERE

It was hard to book a room at the place because I didn't have an indian credit card and indian number in order to receive the code for the Wifi. The personel wasn't too fond of helping out with the luggage, and seemed to be annoyed when asking for help with anything, so I tried to be as independent as possible. I wasn't informed about any included free breakfast. The bathroom had mold on the walls, but the room was ok and the hotel had a good location. My brother in law also payed for a family room, but got a smaller room, so had to ask once again to get a room according to what he payed for.
