Horrible experience with the owner and their staff. They are extremely rude and bad mannered. Quality of their work doesn't meet expectations, they charge literally high and speak too harsh to the customers. This is never a shop stop for someone who wants their attire to look good. Please don't waste your unstitched clothes getting stitched here. Customer satisfaction is the key, which they r not aware of.
Very worst experiences and clothes are not good. No proper response from the staff and they are showing old stocks. There is no trail room available in the shop. Quality of the products also very poor.
Cheapest attitude of the tailor lady....worst stitching not fit to be a tailor...it's not even worth a penny.....she should first learn how to speak properly to her clients....such a cheap way of speaking...not at all polite....humble request pls don't go here
No proper size dresses, staff not friendly, no offers - fixed prices but the quality is not upto the price. Don't waste your money here
Such worst experience with this shop...waste of money...they are actually charging so much extra than other tailors for stitching still their outcome is not as expected...not giving proper attention to the customers...owners are with over attitude and arrogance...they won't stitch like what we say...we have to wear whatever rubbish they stitch
I had 3-4 bad experiences here. The staff are very rude to the customers. That's a big drawback. The tailor messed up my blouse, each sleeve has a different color thread stitched on it. The blouse finishing is also bad. They will not own up the mistake rather they will blame it on the blouse.
Worst experience..... Worst stitching I've ever seen, they have ruined my new dress which is costlier, i don't know why they have torn my dress n stitched on the back side and it is clearly visible that some repair has been done, wah, i can't even expect that to happen to my NEW dress much less to speak of their worst stitching skills.. Front neck they told me to decide design n they suggested for an extra cloth to be purchased at their shop, I've purchased and given them yet they can't even make the pattern straight... On top of their WORST STITCHING SKILLS, THEY HAVE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE..... TRUST ME THEY HAVE WORST SERVICE AND STITCHING SKILLS TOO.... I've not listened to my friends advice not to go there and suffered at the end... I hope this review help people who are new to the place....
Not even worth one star. Had to go 2 or 3 times to their shop to rectify my mom's blouse only to get it back worse. They charged 750 for a simple blouse and stitched it in the most horrible way possible. A big NO to people planning to go there.
