Very bad service. Staff is rude to customers. My Parcel has reached my town but the staff is not delivering it to my address ever after many requests, it's a very important parcel of mine which can risk my business if not received within time. Careless behaviour and no value to the customers. I request VRL to train the staff before appointing then to work.

It is for away from city, better arrange one counter for small items in the city.

Lovely experience traveling with VRL Bus. Very good staff and cooperative. VRL Bus in Bellary starts from here in Mothi Circle.
