Good party hall for small functions 100people. Dining capacity 30-35 people. The only disadvantage is that bride and bridegroom rooms are not available in the party hall on the 1st floor. Rooms are available only on the 3rd floor. Even for restrooms we had to move to different floors. Lift is small. Otherwise the interior works were good. Hall AC maintenance is good. Workers are polite and cooperative. The manager was friendly and listened to all our requirements. All wedding items for pooja are also available. They arranged everything on time. Decorations they have a tie up which also was reasonable and neat. Car parking is available for limited cars but the opposite road is the lake view road which is very wide so no problem for parking. Overall a good party hall in the main area.
Positive things - Rooms are clean and no bad smell. Linens and towels are also good.
Negative things - Very small room. Only soap provided, No shampoo, toothbrush and paste. Parking is very tiny. Only 6 cars can be parked (2rows, 3 columns) Room service is also average. Lobby smells very bad. For Rs.2000 tariff this seems average.
This hall is very nice from out side but from the inside it looks like very very nice it has ac and 10 lights hanging out it has a name board named VIJAYALAKSHMI PARTY HALL, IT EVEN HAS A GATE, it even has lights for brightness, and it is in Chennai, it is just next to the road
The hall was well air conditioned and the staff were very friendly. The space was very much sufficient for a part of 60-75 people and the dining area was also well maintained

Good for family events. Hall first floor, seating capacity 80. Dining, second floor seating capacity 40nos. Ground floor, two wheelers 15 nos can be parked.

Car parking 6 conveniently can be parked. 2 wheeler got so much space for this mini hall.
Decent party hall for small events with reasonable price. Manager Mr.Vinoth was very helpful and friendly. He is good at handling customer and arrange everything on time without any hesitation, thanks for your support and service!!
