This hospital holds a special place in our hearts as it's where my children were born. We've consistently chosen this hospital for their exceptional and compassionate pediatric doctors. Our family deeply appreciates the invaluable service they provide.

Wonderful service provided. We did fertility treatment from other hospital and got conceived but due to bleeding got admitted in VMC. But the care and service they have provided is priceless. Gynecology service is very good. Doctors especially Rajalakshmi mam and Mathangi mam are so nice to patients. Nursing staff and others also treating us smoothly. Rooms are well maintained.We are continuing in VMC only.

Many old reviews seem influenced by money. My wife and cousin had bad experiences with long delays and high bills. The healthcare institution lacks service quality and overcharges.

One of my worst decision to opt this hospital for my wife's delivery and follow ups. Just because of hospital is near by. Met gynec doctor last month regarding stopping her lactation and given medicine for that,after having medicine she started vomited for continuously for a night, late night there is no gynec doctors bcz of that we taken appointment next day morning. Got appointment time 10:15 to 10:45 and we reached there on time, even she is very sick and tired they refused to meet the doctor and said that the appointment time changed to 2-3 pm, in this emergency situation they should need to tell us to admit in casualty rather than waiting us more than 4 hours. It's purely medical negligence from the hospital side. We pay this much consultation fee to get at least basic medical support to the patient but this is not acceptable in any point of view. This is just a business centre not a hospital at all. Think twice before you choose a hospital for especially in case of gynec and pediatric.

I took consultation from Dr Vijayalekshmi throughout my pregnancy by paying Rs 1000 for each visit while other doctor's fee is Rs 400 per consultation.The doctor asked me to get admitted a week before my due date and I was hospitalised for more than a week but this doctor didn't even made a visit till discharge.The C section was performed by another doctor in her absence.All decisions were made by other doctors and she didn't even bother to make a visit to check on us.I really felt sad by her absence.Nurses and other doctors said Dr Vijayalekshmi is old now so she won't come for rounds or perform C section.If I was an influencer or celebrity I am sure this doctor would have come for my delivery.Another thing is my baby was kept in ICU for no reason and later when we questioned they couldn't give a proper answer and within an hour they gave the baby in our hands.After discharge I came to know that many people had similar experience with Dr Vijayalekshmi.I won't recommend this place for anyone who is expecting an experienced doctor's presence and care throughout the labour.If you are okay with midwives care then I would say this place is for you.

I would have given zero stars. Extremely disappointed. I had this terrible experience today as I had booked an appointment with Dr Rajesh (paediatrician) and the receptionist asked me to come after 5.30pm, but she dint mentioned that the tokens won't be given after 6 pm. As our number was 31 we reached by 06.01pm.As I asked the evening receptionist for the token to meet the doctor she rudely refused and said after 6 pm no tokens will be given. Moreover she made me go from one place to other to ask the doctor and other nurses to get permission. The doctor was present at the hospital still refused to give the token.They didn't mentioned that the token won't be given after 6 pm. Terrible experience. The evening receptionist said that there are lot of patients for Dr Rajesh so refused to give token. Major communication issues. Terrible experience

Really good place. Dr Vijayalakshmi mam is really sweet and kind hearted. A safe place for women

From the time I entered the hospital to the end I received excellent service. Food and Dr are great. Thank you for the Fabulous staff and doctors
