Vijaya Raghava Township - Apartment building in Hyderabad, Serilingampalle (M) - Ranga Reddy, India

I have been staying here for about a year now... It's in a very good location, right beside the road and hospital, super market, schools, market everything is in 1 km radius About the township itself, the building is not brand new so it basically depends on the individual flats (how it is maintained). The one I stay in was not in great shape but a little renovation and it's really nice... The rent also is not on the higher side and the maintenance per month is 2000. No water issues during summer but the quality of water through the pipes are not very good. Lot of sediments maybe because it bore water. The apartment also has Manjeera water supply for few hours in a day Overall to sum it up a decent place to stay with family PS: I left this place about a year back after staying for about 4 years. mPlease check with your house owner if the house has been pest controlled recently. The apartment has termite problem in almost every flat (unless its pest controlled)

Prime location. Well maintained appartment and it's very near to software office's. Lot of public transport options near by.

Very good residential complex with safety, security, parking , children's park & many more facilities.

Accessible, yes. Within half a kilometers from Lingampally Railway station and also accessible from Nallagandla flyover.

Flats are spacious and approach to market and Lingampalli railway station is at ease.

Kids play area with lot of parking space.manged and cleaned properly
