He also brought out children's magazines "Chandamama" and Cinema Magazine Bommai that were loved by millions of readers even today.He has also established Vijaya Vahini studios in Vadapalani.Even though Vijaya Multi speciality Hospital is a NABH Accredited Hospital said to be having International Standard Glass Operation Theatre with Highly Experienced Senior Surgeon & Consultant Panel with all the required speciality departments like Cardiology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Oncology, Pediatrics, etc it is not as it was during Shri B.Nagi Reddi sir period. Because of poor maintenance and shabby handling by the current management it slips from the renowned hospitals of Chennai.

My father( Name Salavudeen )admit in Vijaya Hospital underwent open heart surgery required its very critical condition five values are Block & Heart bumping ratio will be very low. Family fearly Handle the suitation Thank god !we meet Dr P. Balasubramanian Sir is our Cheif surgeon & Dr Umapathy sir also Thank to him.! Everything went well.My family and I Heartfully specail thank to Dr P .Balasubramanian sir .He is an Excellent Best surgeon and I strongly recommend him.Dr Umapathy sir also very well supported as very well specially thank you sir! Priya did a very good job in coordinating all the activities. Nurse ( sara , manjula , rinosha)and other staff are so kind and concerned about patients. Thank you very much.

Excellent commitment and treatment but Post OPERATION ICU needs more attention as whole night staff keep chatting and You can never sleep. Wish management takes care of this shortcoming . One of the best hospital in chennai and if you are admitted then your are in a safest hand .

We underwent heart bypass surgery in Vijaya hospital . Dr P Balasubramanian Sir is our chief surgeon. Everything went well. My family and I are thank full and grateful to him. He is an excellent surgeon and I strongly recommend him. Also his assistant Priya did a very good job in coordinating all the activities. Dr Vijay kumar is our Senior consultant and he also supported us very well. We are thankful to him as well. Nurses and other staff are so kind and concerned about patients. Thank you very much.

This is one of the oldest and reputed multi speciality hospitals in Vadapalani, Chennai. Well maintained and clean hospitals. People here are very courteous and helpful. It is equipped with all facilities and experienced medical professionals. The canteen is good and food is delicious. The problem one could face is to find out what is where.They are all the time doing some addition and alterations horizontally with too many passages and corridors in an unplanned manner. But for that it is certainly a good hospital for treating all kind of ailments.

I have for visa referral process to vijaya hospital. Literally my whole gone waste . No proper explanation or response in the reception. Even after asking about where to take test and scan she said scan to be done and sent me to concern doctor. To complete my scan and to meet doctor it took 2pm .. Even after reaching in time they took 2hrs to send me to scan. After that they suddenly asking to do test for which result will come after 4hrs. We come from long way to complete the visa process and i have to submit the record today but result didn't come till now. If only receptionist properly told me i would have taken test first and then would have waited for scan. We come from long distance for our life process coz of their mere irresponsibility my process is at stake. I have a very what experience here. My whole day wasted Otherwise the medical team was very good ., polite . Eventhough it took a long time Dr Usha mam took time to wait up and clear process for me.. nursing staffs are also very good in handling pts.. I sincerely thank them for that .

This Review is for Cardiologist Dr.Vijay kumar . He dont maintain eye contact while speaking. My father went for checkup(had done Stunt 9 years back) . He had complaint about sleepiness during day time also due to tablets. Doc has prescribed extra doss sleeping pills and that too 2 . Not sure he has listened or not what my Father has told. And its just 2 minutes he has spent after coming all the way from Nellore . Most of the patients will come for Moral support than anything else. Consultantation fee 1100 Not Recommended

My father underwent his bypass surgery here a week ago. His surgery went well and is recovering well. Me and my family are thankful to Dr.Balasumramaniam for performing the surgery and all the other doctors and nurses who took care of him. We so thank Priya ma'am for providing her support from the admin side. We are satisfied and happy with their overall service.
