Very bad hospital. Whenever you come here, doctors are busy.. Patients have to wait for hours to see a doctor. You may be able to see the doctor if you take the op ticket and come an hour earlier. Pediatric, gynecology, surgeon all are in the same situation..If you call the reception for any enquiry, they do not pick up the phone. The phone is answered after seven or eight calls. Very bad service. If you are someone who comes to see a doctor because of some pain, or if you need to see a doctor urgently, it is better to go to another hospital.

Very bad bahaviour from pharmacy...today i waited for more than 20 minutes to collect medicines..Is there no any proper place for pharmacy..last month I saw it out of the op block..today I bought medicines from inside...the staff in the pharmacy only take care of patience whenever any records come , don't look patients who present in the quee...when I was asked about my medicines , firstly, she told me that the particular tablet is not available there. Last month I took the same one from the same place..when I elaborated the issue to her, she took the medicines...I felt very bad..never visit again..what an awesome behaviour

In Kottarakara, there's no alternative hospital offering comparable facilities. Unfortunately, the current hospital seems to prioritize Money, evident in the crowded OP waiting area and pharmacy, uncooperative staff, and prolonged waits for essential services like X-rays and scans. Moreover, the excessive charges extend even to updating the OP card on a yearly basis.

Admitted for 4 days. Good Treatment and nursing care. Cleanliness and hygiene are good. Parking facilities are so poor. Available parking ground is far away from the hospital. If Drivers are provided at the premises of hospital to park and bring back vehicles from the ground it will be a big help to the self driving ladies..

Excellent medical facilities and services.I am very thankful to this hospital , especially PRO Christopher he is very polite and professional behaviour. I really appreciate him and Thanks for all your care and services

I was admitted here for 4 days and the facility provided here is good.The nurses took very good care of me and I can say that the service is good.When it comes to the room facilities I want to say there is no washbasin outside the bathroom,but over all I had no problem so Iam giving a five star

Vijay hospital, only one good hospital in kottarakara. So kindly maintain out patient waiting area, there is no washroom facility in that section. And it too much hot.. management please have a look and I hope it will be resolve.

Wonderful experience! My mother had undergone laminectomy here in Vijaya hospital and the surgery was 100% successful. They have used newly installed microscope and other equipments which helped the doctor and other team members to make it a great success. I m very much thankful to the whole team
