This was the worst experience i had at the jewellery shop. The employees were very arrogant even though the issue was their fault. I had ordered a ring of certain design/model, but the model that was designed and given to me was different. I raised the issue regarding this, the employees were arrogant enough to say that I have to take this model only as I had already ordered, in addition to it, they refused to pay me 20 k which was paid as advance. It literally took 2 hours to convince them that it was their fault. At last i received a cheque of the advance paid. I hated this shop even though we were their previous customers and had made many buying their. I hated the employee behaviour and service. Worst customer service.
It's really a good shop. We r happy to have this show room in our hubli. That people treating us very nicely. Always my favorite show room.
Wish I could give -100 stars. Worst place. Never place an order here, they deliver pieces which have the worst making and then harass us to buy them. Finally you need to give up and then buy whatever is available even if you dont like them. Plus their making charges are sky high compared to other high class jewellers like Malabar, Joyalukkas etc and the end product looks so cheap. When we showed them our dissatisfaction of unsymmetrical, about to break product all the staff ganged up and raised their voice against us. We made a huge mistake by paying advance here and then had to really struggle our way out of hell after months to finally take something which we dint even like. Never ever visiting this place again and I wish anyone reading this review not to please.
