A standout feature is their prompt service, as they emailed my reports within 2-3 hours. Overall, a reliable and efficient choice for diagnostic needs.

18/06/2023: Right now waiting here from 7:45 AM. Only one doctor, 1 techncian availabe (confirmed by staff) and there are close to 50+ patients for ultrasound. They are saying token 14 is running and its been running since 45 mins. Very one is waiting for this test who drank so much water. All elderly people who are diabetic are waiting for the test. There is no sign of progress. They are not concerned about people's time, there health conditions or schedules they should follow having different conditions. Everyone is running out of patience. There is no intimation around the possible delay that will happen. They keep accepting tokens as people walks in. A lot of mismanagement and no concern for people's time.

Got my MRI scans done very quickly. Doctors,technicians and support Staff especially Tilak was gave knowledge information about MRI SCAN and very helpful and friendly. The reports were accurate and fast. The ambience and the hygiene of the place was very good. Rates too are very reasonable. Highly recommend Vijaya diagnostic center Himayatnagar Location, Hyderabad.

Dattatreya is very friendly and cooperative person, while taking the blood samples, makes us feel tension free. Overall staff is also very responsive and supportive. But the waiting time is very very high and they won't take prior appointments. Even the pregnant or senior patients should wait for 2-3 hrs.

Can you please tell me anyone who will eat lunch from 12:30 to 3.00 clock. I was waiting for 3 and half hour only for the paying bill and after that they told me you can pay your bill near building. It's a professionalism? If you don't have the staff please increase the staff and giving them shifts for work. Why patient would wait for them even your pay is too high but the facility you providing is totally zero. Hope you consider this as serious. Thank you.

Very disappointed. I had to get my scan done on the 2nd day of my period as per my doctor's instructions, and these people outright told me that they cannot do my scan because pregnancy cases are their priority. The stuff is rude and they don't seem to cater the needs of the patient. You have to wait for a long even if you were there first, because your case is not important (no matter what it may be) to them.

MRI scan waited from afternoon till evening for getting scanned, told to collect the report next day 2 pm. The next day it is 5 pm still no reports given. Kindly if you value your time, and you care for your loved ones don't come to this diagnostic centre, you can opt for other diagnostic centres.
