Visited Sunday for X Ray and other tests. X-ray technician not available hence we asked to come on Monday. We have again visited on Monday and technician not available ! We need to wait for 3 hours for X-Ray!!? There is no proper communication between your front office and sample collection staff. One of your lady staff members are rude and arguing infront of customer. Hope you rectify this.
Waiting period was too long and lack of staff entire samples will be taken by one person only ... you have to wait at the reception for 20 min after payment again have to wait in the queue. And they are charging like corporate hospital.
Service is Excellent. Respect also very Nice. Hospitality also very Good. Reports also timely delivered. All over Service is Excellent.

Hi There The Diagnostic Service at this center is Awesome. We both(me and my wife) are very much happy with all the staff members. Especially Ms. Frazana (Emp ID - 105944) at the reception counter, carrying all documentation tasks and Ms. Karidas Bhargavi (Emp ID - 301212) ( staff conducting the tests ) and also Ms. Puja ( not sure abt the ID) are so good at their job, very much delighted with their service.
