Doctor is very good but the waiting time is very very high. Staff behaviour towards patients very bad(recklessness and rude) even for Senior Citizens. For any Hospitalisation, The cost is very high and also facilitates are very good including tv, ac, geyser,food etc. But they will not accept the Online or Cards payments. They will not provide the computerised bill copy while discharging.

I would recommend don't go to this hospital when doctor joins in political party then no use of hospital,even he is not available at hospital due to political parties meeting., waste of our day and time , he completely lost the trust from people

May be visiting this hospital is worth for only because of Dr.srinivas garu. The worst administration and staff. No response will be given from staff when we ask any details. Jr.doctor's are busy than srinivas garu. There is no garuntee that srinivas garu will see after waiting for hours together. The worst ever hospital I have seen so far. Even washrooms construction is such an worst thing I have observed here. Don't visit this hospital if your time is valuable. Manager, staff, watchmen the worst behavior. Administration such a worst thing. The concept of waiting in hospital for hours together without knowing any details about our token number. There is an appointment number on patient's card but they will not book appointment for locals then what is the use of mentioned on patient card?

Guduri srinivas garu has treated my family members many times and he is the best in Rajahmundry. Especially when ever we have cough for more days , only his treatment eorjed

Worst!!!!!! Money minded!!! The day we went to meet dr srinivas But they said before that we have to meet another doctor, where she referred to almost all kinds of tests to get done. we were having previous reports almost a week old , still she insisted to get tests done in their hospital only. After all dr srinivas left and we didn't get to meet him Some other dr checked the reports and asked to go to cardiologist Where again the same process repeated. We got almost tested with everything they were having It costed us more than 15,000/- that day!!!! The result was We don't know what the issue is!!! Such waste of time We travelled from kakinada 15 k is not a small amount for their under education They asked us to get more tests which are not available with them and return back again If they really wanted to suggest a cardiologist , they could have done it in the first go only right They just made money out of us

Pathetic.....it takes hours and hours even without any tests...came at 9am...asked to wait in hall and even at 4pm the wait is still going on...If you feel your time is precious...it's not the right place to cross over...

Doctor was really helpful and supportive. But hospital management were rude and they don't know how to behave with patients. I believe this was not noticed by Dr G Srinivas sir. If management continues the same way, reputation of doctor and his good service will be wasted. Please be aware of hospital staff and then visit hospital. Dr really suggested for good treatment. Overall i m not happy with hospital management and hence giving low rating.
