Vijay Vallabh Hospital - Hospital in Virar - Palghar, India

The doctors are so talented as well as so experienced. The infrastructure of the hospital is very well developed. The facilities like travel lounge, sitting facilities for people are all there in thi hospital. The medical care is also very good as doctors keep checking the patients on a regular basis and they do the treatment very carefully. The attitude of members of different staff is good and acceptable. I personally experienced there behaviour and attitude which was good. So overall it is a great hospital from all aspects and I will prefer you all to trust this hospital.

Facilities are good but it's little bit costly. There are around 43 beds in general ward and if they will keep bed charge less than other hospitals in virar as they have enough space and can afford to keep low cost patients can prefer this hospital than others. They need some good in house doctors too. Overall this is very good hospital. Running a hospital of 108 beds in total should reduce their charges so that more patients can afford to go to this hospital. They can start canteen also as it is in Sanjivani hospital. Directors are very nice and gives discounts too but needs to keep affordable for all.

The hospital service is very good and satisfactory. Doctors are good even there is regular check of assistant doctors. Each and every staff members are speaking politely in soft voice. Regularly cleaning washroom floor without fail. Main thing is food for patience is been provided from here itself from soup to fruits everything is been provided from here.Over all we like and loves the services given by them.

Worst hospital in virar. My dad was about to die bcz of mistakes and ignorance of Doctr. during 1st wave of covid 20th may 2020. We requested thm to do covid test but dr deined n spoke rudly to my husband. Said no need to do test n all. I see no signs of covid. Wasted 2 days. 3rd day he came n said to do covid test. 4th day report came positive. Thy came in the ward n asked my dad n mom to leave the same moment at night. Tht time it was not easy to book beds fr positive patients. My parents cried. With the help of few social workers and VIP we put pressure on thm and stayed thier till next morning. No ond came to see my dad. Dr Patil disappered. Nurses deined to come in the ward. Next day we admitted dad in Riddhi vinayak hospital. So 4 days in vijay vallabh., 8 days in riddhi vinayak and 17 days in lilavati hospital. Finally dad came home after 28 days. But v could hv lost my dad bcz of ths horrible hospital. Jus b4 getting the positive reports of my dad thy asked us to buy medicines of 6000/- n wen reports came thy said cnt use this. And chemist refused to take it return bcz dad was positive. Think bfr admitting ur loved ones here.

23-Feb : Coming back to post again. Deposit of Rs. 20,000/- was taken during admission. It is as mentioned that the same will be cleared once the mediclaim amount is cleared. The mediclaim amount is received by hospital on 8-Feb but my refund is still not being processed. They are saying it will take another 15 days of time as the signing authority is available. Its a multi facility hospital and has only 1 signing authority is not possible. They are just delaying the payment of refund. Not happy with the after service provided by hospital 30-Dec : Hospital has good infrastructure and maintains cleanliness. Hospital staff is good and caring. The only drawback is its expensive. People who do not have mediclaim would have to give away their personal saving

There are a few positive points and many negative point about this hospital. Starting with positive points: 1- Only a handful of staffs are good and well mannered. 2- Doctors are good. 3- can come for emergency cases. Negative- 1- Most of the staffs are I'll mannered and does not have a proper way of talking. 2- bathrooms are unclean, can clearly see black fungus on tiles. On asking housekeeping staff to clean it they start to explain that it does not comes out but in the reality you can clean it with moist clothes only. 3- An annoyingly stench of bleach is all over the place and gets stronger while using AC. 4- The staff does not care about room freshers, toiletries, etc. 5- Food taste is not up to the mark. 6- ICU has a isolation cubical where in once of which has a door touch the floor making hight pitched notice when opened or closed. Again, they have no intension to repair it and the staff can lift the door a bit so it does not touches the ground making no noise but no efforts to that as well. 7- Saw a cockroach in ICU and informed the same to the present staff but no effort to remove the pest. 8- No working nurse calling button is available in ICU.

This hospital has killed 16 ppl on 23rd April 2021 On duty electrican was drunk this is the type of staff they have Worst hospital

Only recommended if you have emergency. Overall, I had bad experience. I had to admit my dad, the emergency ward took care of him well, and I have no complaint about it. But after that, it's just way too bad. Money is their primary objective. 1. A junior doctor, who came to check my dad's health in the morning and just asked him 'How are you?', upon getting positive answer, she told him to not to have too much salt in your food. She didn't checked anything, nor even touched him. The hospital charged us 600 Rs for that 30 sec conversation. 2. Some staff was helpful, but not all of them, turning on lights, moving beds, talking loudly, all of that in the middle of a night, which totally disturbed the environment. 3. Hygiene is maintained in some parts, like emergency rooms, other rooms/wards are unhygienic. Beds were smelly, unhygienic bathroom/washrooms, loose taps. 4. They'll try to get as much as money from you. My dad was totally fine after 5 hrs, but the hospital staff told us to keep him for another 4 days. We denied, then they started to give us different explanation, which was quite frightening, surprisingly, everyone else had same experience, including a person, who had mild fever. I asked our family doctor and showed him the reports and he told us that he's fine, but hospital staff kept insisting, but we took the discharge anyway, and visited my family doctor right away, he told that my dad was totally fine and there was no need to keep him for another 4 days. I will be only recommend this hospital, if you have emergency, and if other hospitals are full.
