Had got silver anglets for baby in August 8th which costed us 9000 we want in October 28 and told we would want to exchange it as it is become tight. He told the exchange value was Rs 4500 only as it is old silver. He is cheater and selling mixed jewellery. Any shop if taken any jewellery will exchange with full value or or price of that days value but he stated that it's not possible to give today's value and he will take only 70% of product value. If we had option of giving half star I would have given that
