My experience with this doctor and hospital was extremely disappointing. The doctor, who also owns the hospital, displayed rudeness and a lack of politeness. It's evident that they prioritize money over patient care. In times of illness and vulnerability, patients shouldn't be burdened with excessive charges for inadequate treatment. In a critical emergency situation, not a single doctor or nursing staff member came to check on vital signs. This negligence is unacceptable. Furthermore, in the hospital's OPD lobby, patients and people were left sitting without fans and lights, seemingly as a cost-saving measure, which created an uncomfortable environment. The lack of lighting inside and outside the hospital premises raised concerns about safety. In terms of hygiene and infection control, this doctor's practices appeared amateurish, using a bedsheet instead of proper gauze for wound care. This has been the worst hospital and doctor experience I've ever encountered. If you genuinely care about your health and well-being, I strongly recommend seeking medical care elsewhere.
They charge fees from emergency patients before treatment and staff doesn't care about the pain of the patient who recently got into an accident. They only care about money. I called them as the owner mentioned the number. They felt guilty and apologized for their mistake but now they are telling me to delete the review. I am not able to understand why I have to delete this review because we share our personal experiences on Google maps.
