The over all treatment and Caring given by hospital staffs and doctors was excellent. The room was so clean and extremely hygiene. Nurses were available 24/7 and able to call them easily through one touch Nurse call system.

Such a disappointing experience with this hospital, a worst one that I have ever seen in hosur.
1.Delay in Test Reports:
Despite promises of timely service, the hospital consistently delays test reports.
Patients are given false reasons, leading to unnecessary prolongation of hospital stays.
2.Misleading Lab Facility Claims:
The hospital claims to have a 24-hour lab facility, yet test reports take 2-3 days to be provided.
This discrepancy between claim and service is a major issue affecting patient trust.
3.Opaque Medication Billing:
Patients are not provided with clear and detailed bills for prescribed medicines.
Excessive medications are prescribed, only to be abruptly taken back within hours, leaving patients confused.
4.Unnecessary Tool Kit and Scan Recommendations:
Unwanted tool kits and scans are suggested, seemingly for the sole purpose of generating additional revenue.
5.Deceptive Practices with Elderly Customers:
Elderly customers are taken advantage of through deceptive practices, resulting in overcharging for medicines.
The hospital is well maintained, very clean and hygienic.The doctors are passionate about their profession and genuinely cared for their patients. Even after health report analysis they express their review in a manner that doesn't make us get scared or anxious.they make sure we are calm and confident. 0% anxious, 100% trust, Love and concern.
