I must say everything was above and beyond our expectations.
Sneha managed all our requirements efficiently with a happy face. We were stress free throughout the process and that's what you are looking for during these events.
Devina did an amazing job with the decor it was just WOW.
The service team headed by Sam were on toes and very hospitable.

Very worst experience . Receptionist behaviour is worst. No ventilation in the room. They're telling basic room, but there is no ventilation at all. Peoples are staying inside the room , in the corrridor they are doing painting work with more sound in the nights too.
Not concerning about the customer satisfaction. They are only concentrating in the money and the club membership customers.

We booked the palladium for our engagement ceremony at Vihang's Palm club for an evening function.
The decoration was elegant, vibrant and mesmerising. Extremely beautiful and gracious. Devina took good care of our needs and customised things on our request.
The entire management and staff was co-operative.
We relished the lip smacking food.
Rooms were hygienic and spacious.
It was a pleasant stay.

I visited hotel Mumbai Fast with my team for office Diwali party we tried both veg and non veg buffet, the food was yummy and reasonably priced , the place has great Vibes and good ambience, there were variety of options provided in buffet menu everyone enjoyed the food definitely recommended.
Not good Experience.
Even Rooms do not have doorbell, anyone knock out for room service, will not realize.
Subscription on TV after asking.
Swimming pool available but you cannot use until you have complete swim suite including head cover( Don't know Who carry these things while traveling?)
Rooms/ Lift do not have good odour.
Lift very slow.
Breakfast was not upto the mark compared to hotels offer in this range of price.
I had good experience at Vihangs palm club for my wedding.
Everything requested was executed well. Their staff manager Kuntal, was always available to discuss the events. Decor team was very good, Pooja and her team went beyond delivering what I had envisioned. Food, logistics, music etc was managed well. A big thanks to all the hotel staff for helping out and executing the events.
Had been to Mumbai Fast for a buffet lunch. Found the service poor. Maybe manpower is less...no Senior/responsible person was around.

We had an event on 13th Nov 2023, apparently it was the 60th birthday celebration of my uncle
This event was at the Palladium (palm club)
The arrangements were upto the mark and were exactly whats was shown to us on via images shared
The decoration was wonderful and Ms Devina assisted and guided us in selecting what could be the best decor theme for us and she ensured that the execution was upto the mark.
The flowers and the light work suggested by her was all put together very well
The DJ and other sound systems were top notch.
