I am delighted with my gym experience. I had joined the gym for posture correction and within two months my posture has changed all thanks to Biswajeet sir,our trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable and very educated in the field of fitness. He treats people with care. The gym is packed with more equipment than you will ever need. No better place to build your dream physique or maintain your overall fitness.

I am thoroughly impressed as I have been going to this gym for a while now. The trainer, Sir is knowledgeable and friendly. The types of equipment are top-notch, and the facility is well-maintained. The concept of cardio practiced here differs from traditional methods, as it is done using Cross-fit methodology. I lost almost 13 kgs within 2 months.

I had moved from Pune to Kolkata few months back and was actively looking for a good gym with an instructor. Luckily I came across Vihaan Fitness. Gym instructor and owner is Mr Biswajit Tapadar. He has vast years of experience and knows the job very well. Mr Tapadar was associated with East Bengal club and experience gathered from those days carry lot of weight. I had been suffering from a bad shoulder injury from Sep 2022. Mr Tapadar had recommended physiotherapy and he helped me doing the correct exercise. And after a few weeks it was gone. Talking about the gym, it is equipped with all kinds of equipment. I see people coming for Excess fat loss or weight loss training, muscle building or body building, general fitness. Today I saw an aged lady doing weight training with the guidance of Biswajit da. Overall, a very good place to be if you want to be fit and want to lead a healthy and happy life.

The gym is very good, loaded with lots of equipments. And our sir, Mr. Biswajit Tapadar, is a very knowlegeable, humble and friendly person. It doesn't feel like doing anything, after a heavy training session, under his guidance. I lost 4 kg in 4 months.

From making small changes in life, regular exercise and through the support and proper guidance of the instructor lost 10kgs in 5 months And looking forward to loose more.... No better way to start your day! From beginners to super fit , Vihan fitness classes are the best. An incredibly inclusive, diverse, non-judgmental, high energy workout environment. Mr. Tapadar is a pro. He is a genuine fitness guru. He works with everyone on there goals at their level. All things said, fantastic trainer, good infrastructure and great experience, will recommend this to everyone.

I took admission in " VIHAN " 1st week of June and now 1st week of July, I have achieved 3Kg. weight loss. This is a mind blowing inspiration for me. Here, the owner and the trainer is same. So he is always available. He gives me excellent guidance, quality training, proper fitness and comfortable personal care. There is sufficient equipments and amazing ambience. That's why for the homely atmosphere and awesome scientific instructor, I think this is the best gym in South Calcutta.
