Hi Friends, for the the sake of the public i am writing this review, please don't ever consider this place for any type of stay, the rooms are pungent smelling and they never replenish the bedsheet or towels(all are stained and not cleaned), the service is pathetic and basic amenities are not provided, there are lots of bugs and cobweb's in the rooms, it was really a worst experience along with our family, kids got sick with the unhygienic environment and the guy Karthick who owns this property thinks that that his property is a well maintained property who never visited this property. We booked for 2 nights and paid the entire amount on trust but we checked out on the first day itself, but they didn't refund the amount, we should have taken pictures of all the nasty condition of the room and shared here, but we missed. Once again please don't consider this place for any type of stay, highly not recommended

Definitely not suitable for ladies and children.. no power backup.. Hot water problem is there.. No shops nearby has to travel at least 2 km to buy something.. After 8:00 p.m. if you want Bonfire you have to pay rupees 700. We have got only one towel for three people.. But food is good.

Stayed at this place over the weekend. The resort is located 1.5 km from the lake, locating was easy. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom is small but clean with individual geyser, hence hot water is available round the clock. Rooms at the front offer a good view. Food was decent. Staff were courteous and willing to help. luxurious resort but definitely good value for money .great Location

The way to the hotel is crooked and bumby, rooms are not maintained well, fungal smell comes as soon as you enter the room, cobwebs and bugs inside the room, bedsheets are stained and used bedsheets were given, pillows were full of fungal growth. No hotels or shops nearby. Service is poor. Not suitable for family stay. We all got sick

Service was very good and friendly staffs Especially mr.kumar is asset of this place I'm happy to stay there the view room is super

The location and the property itself is very nice. The staff are very polite and pleasant and helpful which makes the stay even better. The rooms are very spacious and have very clean washrooms and a big balcony with breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet has a good variety from South Indian dishes to some bread and pancakes and donuts and pastry etc. The view from the terrace is out of the world (especially at night) The restaurant menu is limited but food tastes very good.

Rooms are ok but food service is too slow and we literally lost patience. Lunch and breakfast are served very very late. Secondly, roads leading to place is too cranky and I need to give extra 500 bucks to my cab guy to drive in this roads . Need to improve much way better than their competitors .
