I would have given zero if I can. Please don't choose this hotel. Pathetic and begger owner. Fraud owner. They will give 4 family 1 single room at higher prices and force you to leave the room. Lady begger nonsense owner is pathetic and don't have manners at all. Abusive language used for everyone. Choose wisely

These people are cheaters. They have multiple buildings, the one which is shown in images might be good but they will arrange your stay in other buildings. Those buildings are worst. No cleanliness, no proper ventilation. Not at all suitable for families. Worst experience.

room is clean and big.... affordable range in goibibo... u can stay .... staff is also polite. .... so overall it was a good stay here....

good for stay, clean room, ac & fan, hot water, tv. but 2 km from beach parking on behind the road good quality room, gallery, freeze, holl etc

dear sir,madam,i have booked a hotel room in vihaan- inn, goa for a trip with my little daughter(8 year old). after waiting for 2 hours after the official check-in time(12 pm), the hotel staff took us to an old dilapidated building 500 meters away from vihaan-inn and gave us a room in that old dilapidated building (photos attached). it was in a building that was 500 meters away and not vihaan-inn. the building in which accommodation was given (not vihaan-inn) had the following issues:(1) no proper signage of room number in the alternate accommodation. it was an old dilapidated building that was being used as an accommodation by the management of vihaan in.(2) no proper wifi-it was working only for 30 minutes and later it was disconnected.(3) no hotel security(4) no room service(5) no hot water facility(6) unable to lock the bathroom.(7) main door of the room - the locks were not getting locked properly.(8) flush tank was leaking and not working properly.(9) toilets were not clean and unhygienic(10) there were condoms packets, mars spray, etc found below the mattress and washbasin.i have attached the photos and videos that i was able to take during my visit to goa. when the hotel management found that i was taking pictures, they threatened me with dire consequences if i reported. i am an international sportsman, having represented India in international competitions in bodybuilding and karate in china and other foreign countries.in the room booked, (a) accommodation provided was not in vihaan-in or in hotel premises of vihaan-inn and(b) services shown on the goibibo website were not available (details given above)after protesting with the hotel management in front of the hotel, i was given a room in the actual vihaan-inn hotel on 18th night. even after moving to the room in the actual vihaan-inn hotel, there was no proper-wifi and room service provided. the room service boys and hotel staff were rude to me from the 18th night and did not provide proper room service or any other facilities like towels, soaps, etc in the room.i would like to bring to your attention the extremen mental and physical torture that i had to go through for booking a room at this hotel. my little daughter fell sick due to the unhygienic conditions at the hotel and had to undergo medical treatment after reaching Bangalore.looking for a response from you in this regard, based on which i will take next steps. please reachout to me for any clarifications.note: photos are attached with this email. videos will be sent in next email (due to file size restrictions)regards,babu nataraj

This property is residential building. Good rooms available. Night after 12 gate is closed, security keeping watch. Spacious AC rooms. Have balcony on terrace rooms. Hot water available. Calangute beach is nearby around 2kms. We stayed 3 days n 2 nights for 2.2k, On spot booking.

it was nice stay there.... staff is very polite and behave well ... room is comfortable.... thankyou

Comfortable rooms at cheaper rate..but No Access to TV, Washbasin Cupboards were broken..They could have improve more. Overall rooms and staff is nice. Beaches are near from this Location..Good for one day stay.
