They don't even switch ON Air conditioner.When i asked they told their admin is very conservative and even think twice to switch on AC in customer lounge.I was schoked to see someone least bothered about customer experience in pvt hospital.

This is a mixed review 1. First, their service and they way they take of the patients are exceptional. 2. There is not enough air conditioning in the waiting areas. Especially if you are here for pregnancy delivery, 3rd floor waiting area doesn't even have a fan. 3. Next, In their reception they have mentioned about baby photography which says "Is it possible to capture the exact moment when your little one arrives in this beautiful world? Yes, we are here to click your entire journey of child birth." And they have shown an image of the baby in the operation theatre. But when asked they mentioned that it is just a baby photography where they will arrange for a photographer to capture pictures of new born baby with different clothes. This is not acceptable at all. *** Note to management

Very pathetic service I experienced recently at the hospital. I had been to the hospital for a minor injury and they took more than an hour to put a TT injection and do a dressing of the wound, Please find the details of the issue faced. 1. There seems to be a serious issue with the number of staff present at the hospital. There was only one nurse available at the Casualty section and she was juggling between patience not able to give attention to one patient 100%. (Not the fault of the nurse though). 2. The so called duty doctor was missing for more than 30 mins. When asked they informed that she is on rounds. How could and emergency section be without a doctor for so long? 3. There was no AC anywhere in the hospital as a result everyone was drenched in sweat. When asked the person at the reception the agent informed that during nights they turn off the AC. My simple question is how could a hospital not have their AC on in a place like Chennai? For the money the hospital charges the kind of service received is not accepted at all.

Hospital employs very good specialists like Dr. Hemalatha and Dr. Devendran. However patients' waiting time and the receptionists' responsiveness must improve. No considerations for Pregnant women or heart patients. They make every patient wait for at least 2 hours without any reason. If this improves they will be one of the top hospitals in the surroundings.

I had a laparoscopic procedure done here. The doctors were good in diagnosis and treatment. They were extremely professional and empathetic and explained in detail everything associated with the procedure. I especially like the nursing staff, they were extremely gentle and handled me with care . They took at most care even in smalls things and helped me combat my fear of injections. They were super prompt and would respond immediately when we called them. The best i have seen in any hospital. Hospital is super clear and house keeping kept regular tabs on the cleanliness of the rooms.

Honestly ! One of the bestest hospital in the city.. I got my laproscopy surgery done by Dr.Hemalatha who is nothing but an encyclopaedia in gynecology... right from the 1st day of investigation about my stomach pain.. till the date of discharge i have nothing to complain about.. the entire hospital atmosphere was neat & clean.. and all the staffs (Canteen, bike parking, receptionists, lab,house keeping, nurses & doctors) are experienced & really responsible to their work position, Great that they took utmost care about the patients & their comfort.. felt very comfortable & happy throughout the process..i was handled by various nurses un accordance to their shifts & availability.. to my surprise each & every nurse was very friendly and tried their best to ease me with the pain.. the nurses in this hospital are top-notch.. thank you so much vihaa

Thanks to Viha's team and Dr. Hariharan. Happened to visit the hospital to treat minor ailments for my husband. We met with Dr. Nivetha in emergency. She was very clear in explaining about the illness.She was detail oriented and very polite in explaining. Very hard to find doctors like this. We are truly blessed by doctors like her. I would like to thank Dr. Manaazir. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. His confidant speech gives positive energy for patients. Comforting the patients gives room for speedy recovery. Really want to thank him for his kindness. Like to thank Dr. Mohan for comforting and following up things well. Dr. Induja and Dr. Swetha was helpful with regular follow up and updates. Hospital house keeping staffs were all systematic in cleaning the rooms. Place was always clean and neat. All nursing staffs were so good in helping . Thanks to nurses especially Priyanka, Kasi Kani and Keerthana for their true service mind. Thanks to Matron Leela David for her friendly speech and comforting. In billing department Mr. Moses was taking care of things so quickly. Dietician Yasmin was very good. She can train the new dietician to communicate effectively with patients. Thank God for the wonderful people in this hospital who gave us pleasant experience in the hospital. Thank you team keep doing the good work and be blessed. Definitely I would recommend this hospital to my friends and families.
