This Residency is very near to the Saneeswarar Temple and the Nalan Theertham is located at 10 mins walk. Hotels are located in a close vicinity. You can get Auto & Taxi from here. The Owner and staff are very kind. We enjoyed our stay.

We got very negative experience while staying in this hotel. We went for pilgrimage to temple of Shani Dev at these 13 of december 2020 dates and were promised with comfort of hot water and assistance if needed at Vigneshwara Residency. We emphasized importance of having hot water in the room as we knew that we might not find it in some hotels at the site. The personnel ensured us that we will have it. After a blessed day at the temple, we hoped for shower and then good rest as well, but didn't find even 1 single drop of hot water in the bathroom. Personnel of the hotel couldn't fix anything and manager was not in, of course. While checking out, we were asked to pay full amount for our stay, even though personnel knew that they didn't provide comfort as it was promised and we complained about it. All that time the manager was missing. Also manager didn't respond properly when we tried to communicate with him about what happened and request to reimburse some amount of money of the price paid for stay as a donation to Shani Dev temple for our inconvenience. We don't recommend this place for pilgrims to stay in. They promise with what they are not able to provide, they don't care to fix the problem and they have very poor communication with customers.
Ample car parking space. Easy to reach the temple as it is just next temple's entrance path. No in room service. I had booked non-AC room as it was just for a night and I paid 900/- bucks. Room is very small. Bedsheet and spreads smelt bad are not in good condition. Very small room for a family (Adults-2, Kid-1) and not airy which is road facing (I regret for not booking AC as we literally suffocated staying in). Restroom is okaish with heater. Room is full of mud and sand not cleaned properly. Do not ever look below the Cot as you will discover whole lot of garbage area. You will get better options with the same price just few steps away.
New facility.. clean as on the date i used the room #1 here. You may avoid this since this is on roadside. However the road isn't that busy.. Compact room with neat lighting and clean toilet.. parking for 5 cars available at a time.. There is only one drawer in the non ac room i used. Shelf or almirah could be provided but hardly there's space for one.

Place is okay but kind of small for my liking.....for the price I could have got a much bigger room......the room was not clean enough for a normal room.....tv was not working at all.....ac cooling was satisfactory......with more than 2 people would be inadequate....... toilet was pathetic....there has been worms on the toilet.....car parking was fine..... water heater was there which is a great plus to be honest (made me satisfactory).....and else nothing much to say about
