View Point is a place that can be spotted while going to Mandi from Kullu district in Himachal Pradesh. There is a waterfall at this location which can be seen from distance. The banks of the Beas river comprises white coloured sand which attract the visitors. There is no pathway to go down towards the riverside so utmost caution is required to go down. The place is perfect for photography and shooting.
I've visited on 11th feb while travelling from manali to shimla. It's beautiful, don't know the name of the fall but the river was Vyas(also known as beas). Little dust and pollution is around due to road construction work going on. The road is also little busy so need to be little careful while photography.
The view of blue water with tropical forest on one side of the cliff just gave a feeling of Indonesia. Request - It is good to watch the scene by properly parking your vehicle since it is just on the main road and don't go near the river just maintain the nature just as it is.

Beautiful picturesque location enroute manali, but fragile also every year this location witnesses the landslides in rains.
this point is heavenly. totally mesmerizing!! specially in September-october when river is at its lowest!
