It is on of the best men's hostel in trivandrum city. neat and clean rooms and bathroom.very affordable rent and the care taker is very good person.

Great atmosphere and homely feeling.Rooms and bathrooms are clean and hygienic. It will be cleaned twice in a week.The adminstration wing is really efficient.I am 100% satisfied with my stay there.

Worst experience ever. Not worth the pay. Mess space is not clean. I even have photo proofs of it. Food quality is - below average. And the staff is also, very bad and rude behaviour. I was in the middle block, which is the upstairs of an old home. There were so many issues like plug point not working, tube light was not working in room, holder in bathroom was also not there properly when I was in there. My room mate and I have complained about all these so many times, but they didn't fix it. And they are collecting 7500 (double sharing) for such a bad place shamelessly. If we complained about anything, the staff and owner will treat us very very badly.

I got this wonderful stay by God's grace. A place with great care and concern. I never have that I am away from home. Good food and other amenities. Reliable owner. Very friendly and serious about what she is doing. No compromise about the quality and quantity about food. No restrictions using electricity and water. As it is a place only for ladies; maintaining certain rules and regulations. As a lady from a reputed family, I feel it's very good.

I stayed here for three months, it is a good paying guest facility. The food is good and they provide good quality beds and pillows. Cleaning is done twice a week. Washing machine and iron box are available for use on monthly payment. This place is definitely worth the money.

'Tranquil Villa' provides one of the best Paying guest facilities in Trivandrum city. It has a very calm and quiet atmosphere. It feels very homely too. Very neat and tidy place to stay. The place is equipped with Washing machine, Iron box, TV and also free Wifi which can be used by all the guests. It has a good Study area , a tidy Mess and also a Recreation area were guests can watch TV or make phone calls. The place is under CCTV surveillance 24*7, and the Gate and Main door will be locked by the owner by 9pm , so all guests can stay fearlessly.It is situated in a residential area. Strangers are not allowed inside the premises. Cooks and Cleaning staffs are available. Cooks provide a good variety of Indian dishes. Veg and Non veg dishes are provided. Cleaning staff also does a great job. Apart from the owner of the house a lady Warden is also available to take care the needs of all the guests. The owner of this house Mrs. Donna and family are very friendly and she does her best to make sure that all guest enjoy all the facilities of the house equally. She also takes frequent reviews from all the guests staying here and make necessary good changes according to the reviews provided by the guests, therefore making sure that all can have a peaceful and happy stay. They also conduct various cultural events where guests can show up their talents and even movie evenings during festive seasons. I am staying here from past few months and I do enjoy a Wonderful stay here. If you are in search of a PG in Trivandrum, I do RECOMMEND 'Tranquil Villa'. Both working Women and Students are allowed to stay here. DONT MISS OUT.

My personal experience.am a person so far from Trivandrum.This is beautiful place. Home like. .delicious variety menu. Good staff. Lunch and breakfast available prior to 7am.. Super speciality infrastructure. Owner is co operative and helpful at anytime. No restriction for water and electricity. Pleasant atmosphere.cctv security facilities available.

Can vouch for it being one of the cleanest Ladies PG in the city. Well lit and ventilated rooms and very cooperative staff members. Washing machine and iron box available. Strategically located with the bus stop, More (shopping market) and ATMs all located close by.
