As per your response you mentioned please contact the management for any concerns, I tried to call you number of times but you didn't respond to any of my calls or return any of my calls either. I guess you have blocked my number, in your comment you also claim that you are professional but not once you came on time, you have always made me to wait for 45mins to 1hour pass the appointment time. Not once you returned my change on the payments made, instead you always kept insisting me to take the change back next time but I never received it. Just on 3rd visit who would ask their client for loan amount of 3Lakhs??? And You call yourself professional! Only on the first visit you are full of smiles and sweet talks just to make that first impression on clients, so that they will give you 5 start ratings and once that's done you honestly don't care. Worst part is your charges, every visit the charges keep going up. You charge high price and you forced me to get the service done with your assistants, who have no experience. I have had such bad experiences with your inexperienced assistants, once I came to get my eyebrows shaped, she was doing such a bad job that I had to stop her in the middle and had to walk out of your salon with half done eyebrow, and another time I got hand massage through your assistant she literally scrubbed my arm, as if she was scrubbing dishes. The few things that I mentioned hope it rings a bell. Win clients with good service and MAINTAIN that PROFESSIONALISM. Don't make this all about ratings or else it will just end up with bitter experience.

Last month when for facial it's was good and my face was good and they suggested me do it for next month. So I went again and done my facial but this time it was not good. And after my facial my face was burning and my face become roughly. Don't know the product they are using good brand or bad brand. It was a bad experience...I will not go again

Very good experience.... reasonable prices and excellent service given by kamala garu and vidya ...I'm suggesting every one to visit to this parlour...Even u all feel the same...I can vouch for it...

I had a Facial done by Kamala and her service was just amazing. The outcome is excellent. Especially the cosmetics they are using for facial are very rich and effective
