Very nice .. I just loved the experience over here... The rooms are big and beautiful, bathroom was neat and clean.. the bed was so soft.. there service is very good.. also the complimentary breakfast was awesome. We all loved the pool view and sea view rooms .... Overall the experience here was nice and excellent..

We booked the whole hotel of 45 rooms to have a party..... Some salient points : 1. Room size 5/5. Food 5/5. Service 5/5. Poolside service 5/5. Price 5/5. I am not exaggerating. A minor and negligible improvement is required in the car parking. Otherwise we all have 5/5 to Victoria

Everything was awesome. But, we need more bengali food. During the breakfast, we got south indian foods only. Where was the kachoris and jalebis? Next time, we want some more bengali food. It felt like we are not in Bengal.

Nice stay for a family or friends' trip. The quality and taste of food is very nice and reasonable. Simple and traditional yet elegant surroundings. Enjoyed our 2nd anniversary at Victoria.

The hotel is kind of good. Nd also room service staff served excellent. But there is problem with swimming pool activity. The management of this hotel hv different culture The pool is not for everyone if u go with ur driver (like friends). Even we r not hesitate about that. There was a big issue. They direct say in front of our driver that driver can not use the swimming pool.THIS IS VERY SHAMEFUL THING in today world. Nd also problem with pool timing. then rent or buy ur swim suits. Then u can swim. Totaly dissatisfied

Rooms are big,spacious with a wide balcony. AC does not work properly,it takes a lot time cooling. Bathrooms are big. But shower curtain is very dirty. I did not feel that they clean the toilet with proper care. Pool is available. Good experience in the pool. It is a beach resort so the beach starts from the main entrance. Staffs are polite. But food is mostly horrible. We found flies in the water glass. Very unhygienic. Doest not worth this higher price. At this price you can afford 5star hotels in kolkata with good food. Absolutely waste of money. Dont stay here.

Swimming pool is quite good and Clean.. foods are good, parking place available. But they don't have duplicate key for some room.. so if you have lost key then it will create a though situation.
