Good and effective workout sessions with precised instructions regarding every workout.... A lively mix of cardio, abs, gluts, and arms, Vicky's classes are awesome!! He makes you work muscles you never knew you had. Every time a new regime , so you never get bored.....Classes are 1-hour of intense exercise, plus you can't beat moving and grooving to some sweet get-your-body-in-gear tunes. Way to go Vicky Boss.....
The place is conveniently situated. He gets you to work out even if you are not willing to.I started training with him around six months back and I'm still running, but now I feel much stronger all-around. I will definitely suggest him to friends and family..
