The gym has all the necessary equipments. The ambience is very good except if you come in evening due to the crowd. The only well known gym in dahisar since years.
The gym is equipped with the latest equipment and the trainers are very good at motivating the attendees. The management and trainers have a personal rapport with each attendee - I found that very welcoming. Its rare to find a gym where people genuinely care about their attendees' health and welfare.
I specially loved the crossfit area - it has the perfect cross fit equipments and enough place for activities.
Overall a fantastic experience.
Back Exercise Hard work and Self motivation super Gym
Pathetic experience...... They have no courtesy to inform new members tht the gym is going to be under renovation. They could have told me to take admission after the renovation. They asked to come to another branch which way far from from my place. It was mentioned that renovation will be completed in 30 days and it took almost 60 days and I lost my 2 months.
Worst experience of my life..... nobody helps to workout if you have not taken personal training. This sucks!
Best gym in Dahisar with good equipments, best trainers, vast Area. Always trainers keep motivating. Toilet, steam for ladies, changing rooms, crossfit, daily exercises.....its awesome.
