We planned 3 days, but ended up staying 8 days. Good relaxed place. Krishna and his wife are very friendly and helpful. Although some things might look not well maintained, the room and bathroom are clean. Also the outside area, hallway and balcony are always clean. Location is perfect and has a nice balcony to watch the main street.
Stayed here for a couple of days. It is overpriced at 700 per day, very small room and there's hardly any space to move around the bed, blankets were stinking, the roof is peeling off, hot water doesn't work. And since it is summer, you feel like you're in an oven. The checkout is at 9 am, that's another negative..
The room was good enough for 2 people. Washroom was clean. The owner, Mr. Krishna was accomodative and helped us get around the whole area. He helped us plan out our days to maximise travel and roaming around within a pocket friendly budget
The biggest plus is the location. It is located on hampi Bazar street and restaurants, shops and the main temple complexes are right around you. The place is worn down. Peeling wall paints, no water pressure, flush didn't work, wash basin clogged, hot water on and off. Cleanliness was above average. After complaining, we were given another room which was bigger brighter and everything was in working condition. The terrace and balcony are good to relax n catch some breeze. The caretaker Krishna is extremely friendly handy and tried his best to fix things. Overpriced and needs urgent upkeep.
The guest house is located very close to the prime spots of Hampi. Everything is walkable. The rooms are clean with hot water through the day, with wifi connection through the day as well. For the price we paid the stay was worth it. To get the best deal visit off season so the prices are slightly cheaper. The host, Krishna is really friendly and helps you out with everything you need. The hospitality in the guest house is incredible. You can also see sunrise and sunset from the rooftop of the guest house. Krishna also gives you lot more details about Hampi and other gems in hampi. It's also a great place to meet fellow travelers. Enjoyed the stay thoroughly!
Location is good you can do everything walking. Desolate being very old and not maintained it is decently cleaned. That being said, it is completely overpriced for a place that is not maintained. In my room the ceiling was covered with mould. And 9AM checkout....seriously?????
We stayed here for two days. the room is very small but I think that is fine since it's a small village near the Virupaksha Temple. I have not checked out other pla es since we got this for good offer..The owner is friendly and helpful.
Had one day stay during the virupaksha temple festival time. They charged 1500 for non A/c room and it was not at all worth it. Rooms and amenities were really poor for the price paid. May be charges were high due to festival. This is nothing like a normal lodge or hotel . Only advantage was virupaksha temple was just 5 min walk away. I would recommend to take rooms in hospete and come to Hampi by bus or vehicle as this is the case with almost all stays in the area. The owner was friendly and allowed to keep my luggage till evening in his reception after I vacated in the morning.

Great temple. I bought special darshna tickets for it otherwise you may not even see inside if the place is crowded. We did feed fishes as well in the pond there.
Amazing taste Out of other places for breakfast I would surely choose this place again. They provided us very good & fast service. The Idlis were very fluffy and medu wada was also delicious. If you are nearby Verupaksha temple do visit.
My partner and I went for full body massage at the SIDHA Ayurveda spa, and we both had a completely amazing experience. My partner had a massage from Sunil and I was massaged by his female colleague. This was the best massage of my life! Sunil and hi
The host is kind and welcoming. Food was freshly made, tasty and served on time. Rooms are clean and comfortable with AC and hot water. Overall Vinayaka Homestay was a good place to stay over.
Temple with vibes. Hampi's main temple. Best time to visit is early morning or evening time you can enjoy. Noon it will be too hot. Hire a guide to explore each and every sculpture of this temple. Parking is available around 500m away. You can click
This great historical site offers so much information about South India and their various importance. Yes it's a tedious walk around for about 4-5 km which is in form of a circuit, but that's the part where you feel like walking in the history, and e
