It was official meeting. Overall experience was good. But it was too hot, didn't look like AC could manage the heat.
I recently visited the hotel. I explored multiple hotel in 4-5km circumference. Lot of hotels were available but few were very expensive or room conditions are very poor(foul smell, wetty walls). My room was on 2nd floor. Room conditions were not very good just acceptable. They charged 1.5k per room. Pro: 1. Near highway 2. Clean room in comparison with near by hotels Cons: 1. Poor room amenities. 2. Room atmosphere is not good. If have to spend night in emergency. Then you can consider it or i will suggest to find another one.
Dinner quality was good but in lunch time the salt little high. Sp the food quality was ok ok. And the room service is good in day time and very late in nightime. Night staff is different than also. Staff behaviour was good. Affordable and good stay for travelers
* The hotel is superb! The staff welcome the guests in such a warm way that you feel at home! They really take care of the guests in every aspect. The room was comfortable and we appreciated the upgrade. The breakfast was superb and the chef was supervising the hall to make sure that the guests were having an ultimate experience!
I booked this hotel in march 2020 for a function that to be held in november 2020. During the function,which was the menu deed at the time of booking,we noticed some shortcomings in it. When I complained about it after the function, the hotel management's responce was very careless. Be aware of such issues. I would like to conclude that the quality ,taste and cleanliness of the food as well as the place was satisfactory.
This is definitely not a real Marriott hotel. It was a big disappointment unfortunately, considering the fee. The hotel has potential but the management is bad. The bathroom smelled of urine. We kindly asked to have our breakfast 15 mins earlier due to travels and nothing was ready because the kitchen staff had not even arrived yet. We couldnt pay by creditcard even though it was said we could. The hotel is also not very central. Only close to the busstation but not close to any of the important ghats. The hotel took zero responsibility for the promises they did not keep.
Good infrastructure poorly maintained, I know guests must be less due to covid, still staff should maintain the room that are being booked, lots of dust, spider webs on bed headrest, cushions looked dirty. Overall look of hotel and rooms is very good but needs to be maintained.
