WORSE HOTEL. WORSE ROOM SERVICE. WORSE ROOMS. NO WINDOWS. Staff is sooooo rude and non helpful. Trust me guys, don't book a hotel here. You'll regret all ur lives investing a single penny in this hotel. Rather pay to some other hotels as these people are veryyy nasty, stubborn, rude, mean and cheap. Also, there are NO WINDOWS in any rooms. Receptionist is so cheap and impolite. Everything is worse here. If you trust my review, you'll thank me later and if you don't, you'll regret later. Choice is yours. Alll the best guys. Have a good stay but someplace else.

They don't have enough items in their menu. Also many items in the are not available. And the available item quantity is enough but taste and recipe not worth of eating them. Apart from this they charge very much for each item. So overall it is worth for staying there without food. If you wish to eat something you must order from outside.

Need to improve few things. 1.Quality soaps, shampoo, moisturizer can be provided. 2. Breakfast complimentary menu to be improved , Adding sprouts,Nuts,cut fruits, flavoured Yoghurt.... 3. Food choice is limited & Quantity can be optimised based on customer demand. For 1person , served quantity is too much... 4.Iron box can be provided in room with a desk. 5.Certain rooms, don't have window view at all....

First time my family staying in a 4 star hotel that too owned by Lalit groups wherein hot water supply by ration. Morning three hours alone you are entitled for hot water! And the reason they have a water boiler which works only part of the time. But don't worry the hotel charge is not compromised for that limitation. But anyway when we decide for 4 or 5 star charge is not a major worry but what about parallel arrangement for a bath outside hotel. This is disgusting from Lalit group. I was so proud of this hotel chain from my experience in Goa, Bangalore and New Delhi. Shame of you guys. Reception team is not worried of this standard as they believe this is the standard Lalit hotel.

Its located on the highway and very close to the Crown Interior Mall. We visited this place around 10am and had breakfast here. They have good enough parking space . Dont get spooked when you find the reception empty because thats not the actual reception. You walk through the corridor and then you arrive at the real reception. The restaurant is small and simple. The hotel guests were having buffet when we reached. The waiter told us we can order from the menu or join the buffet. We were craving pancakes so we told him that. He told us pancakes are not on the menu either but they can get it for us provided we wait a little. The pancakes were good, but the service was great. The guy was extremely polite. There arent many restaurants which were open at that time. So we loved that this place was open :D

This is a worst hotel , very bad experience.. Please don't go specifically when If your going with your family. Once you check-In the hotel after that no-one hear your problem. Please my humble request. OYO is far much better than this No proper response from staff. No AC Work Properly , I am staying in this hotel for 4days always face gate open and lock issue. Please stop telling this as business class hotel. I am shocked after going inside . This hotel is Worst!!! Bole toh !!!Bakwasss!!!!

AC not working properly not working Is exhaust. Washroom is not good very bad. First aid kit is not available in hotel. Food quality is so so

Attended a wedding there. It's a good venue for small gathering. The food was good and service was up to mark. They need to improve rest rooms and common services. The high point is it's location which is on the main road itself. It also has a small lawn which can be used for outdoor catering.
