Specially room washroom was very unhygienic and staff was not good there they have no behavior how to communicate properly way and deal with guest. Air condition not cooling the room ac was automatically off in the whole night we have face lots of problem in this hotel. All over this hotel is very bad i want to suggest to all please don't go here. Everything is bad condition.

This is Sarin Inn,they are making fools by changing the name,Dirty rooms, pathetic washroom ,dirty linen, mosquitos, How much one can write about this worst property.Dont go here.

Worst hotel experience in Varanasi. Poor Management, poor service, the receptionist boy doesn't understand English. We had booked for 2 adults with breakfast options for both and the receptionist was arguing that we had only booked for one, and then he proceeds to show me that his computer booking software shows that the booked breakfast is for "One per person per day". He says if we had booked breakfast for 2 people, it would have shown "2 per person per day". I tried explaining the meaning of "per person", but guy just wanted to fight, finally I was able to convince him the meaning of "per person". I don't have a problem with his communication skills, what really disappointed me is his attitude with the customers. Treebo should atleast train it's staff before letting them deal with clients. Extremely poor management.

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL We booked 2 rooms for one night from Treebo app. We reached hotel by 10:45 AM but they denied complimentary check-in which was mentioned in the app even though they had vacant rooms. The person at the reception was very rude. The manager was also not cooperative. They disregarded the terms and conditions in the treebo app and wanted us to agree to their terms and conditions for the room if we want a good service. They gave us our room after a long waiting. They don't even provide the toiletries. If you ask them for anything they take a lot of time and you have to remind them again and again. At around 10:45 PM when we came back from outside the keys of our doors were not working. We called them multiple times then also nobody came. We were sitting in the lobby for around 30 mins. This shows their ignorant behavior towards their guests.

Beautiful rooms...polite behaviour of staffs... specially ansh...such a amazing hotel & rooms..i love it...go for it....

Hotel is in very bad condition,donot rely on the online pictures showing in the website and for marketing purpose. Pathetic place,stinking ,spider webs and dusty mattresse. My parents were about to stay for 3 nights but checked out early due to the bad condition. Not worth for 3 star.

Cheats, Unprofessional staff. Avoid them!!! We had bookings for 3 rooms through Treebo, called them thrice to let them know we reach by 9pm. When we land up, no rooms were available and they have sold it out. I was stranded with family at the odd hour and the duty staff was responsible for this

The hotel had been renovated. And now it's awesome. Two rooms options are there. One was luxurious and spacious another was good enough. Behaviour of staffs was also good. Best hotel for couples
