Very well maintained and clean apartment on a great location. The staff is courteous and the rooms are spacious and well ventilated. It has ample parking space. The beach view from the terrace is mesmerizing. The property is undergoing refurbishment so some points need to be considered and compromised as well. The only thing I didn't like about this place is the bathroom fittings and fixtures as they are in a very bad shape. All n all it was a good experience.

Nice stay , very well maintained and clean. The staff is very helpful, the beach is at walking distance, restaurants and shops are just downstairs , ATM as wll , public transport is just on the main road , the view frol ghe terrace is nice - you can see the beach and sun set. Overall a pleasent stay.

Every thing was amazing! The rooms were beyond clean, the location is right next to the beach. Food is all over and easy to get around. The employees are the ones that make this place so great and comfortable and relaxing. That take care of your needs and will help out anywhere they can. I highly recommend

I was there for the Ironman Goa 70.3 event so chose a place close to the start point at Miramar Beach. I went with no expectations. The room I stayed in was functional, I would recommend you take the AC room especially to escape bugs at night that come from the outside. The bathroom could have been cleaner. But what stands out is the host! He is amazing and you will feel totally at home , at least I did. They also offer breakfast and you could speak with the host about whats available. He was very helpful with booking cabs and ordering in food too. The dinning area is nice and spacious, the security is great, you will feel totally safe. There is ample parking downstairs. The place is hardly 500 meters from the waterfront. Everything is quite close by and there is lots to explore that I did not. But old Portuguese town is very close. I hired a scooter for just 300 a day and explore the old town quite a bit.

Nice stay, well behaved owner. Good location. ( walkable distance from donapaula view point , caranzalem beach is visible from roof top (need to cross the road to reach). Many shops are there beside the building.

Very bad place to stay. Full of bed bugs unclean bedding. There was no one to attend to this problem during night. There was no one at the reception, the phone number of the reception manager was unavailable at night. We had to throw away all our bedding all by ourselves and sleep on bare wooden beds. Pathetic experience. Even there is no drinking water. They only provide option for buying mineral water bottles from them that too at 10/- higher cost than MRP. Anyone staying at this hotel please note that there will be no one to attend you at night in case of any emergency. Even if you by chance lose the room keys at night you will have to stay outside as there is no management staff at hotel.

It was a very beautiful experience for me. Totally loved the place. Very hygienic and well maintained. I was in need of room in emergency for a month, the process was very quick. Owner was very responsive and understanding. I had a very adorable moments here, view from the balcony and yellow lights with soothing interior made me feel like home. Would totally recommend this place to people who are stuck and need to settle down for while in this COVID situation. Thank Casa Tipri for giving me a positive experience. Best wishes!!

I had an awesome stay here and just kept extending... The manager is super friendly and very helpful, even took me to the neighboring beach a couple times. I will definitely be back for an other visit. Lovely breakfast and good Wifi, and my room was great. Thanks!
