I'm not sure if everyone who gave 5 or 4 Stars to this Store really understand what Service or Customer Care means. The Staff are Self-Centric, Anti-Customer - Non-Friendly, Pathetic Attitude & have Poor Knowledge of their own Products & Services. Stop Underestimating your Customers, they have better knowledge. Understand & Accept that.
Good. Calm personnel. Interaction was Good. But yesterday it was closed. No details were available as to why. Today I visited seeing shop open and interaction was good and outcome positive. Thanks.
Mini store is capable of handling only few request types. Good for paying bills and recharge, anything more you need to find a Vi store somewhere else. Also, Vodafone should work on simplifying the process. Changing plan from postpaid to prepaid was seamless with Airtel, but quite long with Vi.. Again mini store cannot handle this. Even for Sim change Vi process is like applying a new connection.
she was not aware of the full process of porting the sim...Although got my work done..but was expecting a Lil extra since the new merger of vodafone and idea... anyway will know once I start using it's services...
The showroom staff charged Rs 100 for replacement of sim card which is actually free of cost and we have checked with the customer's service and case has been filed against the showroom
This is the worst experience ever. They provided cash bill and did not pay the amount to Vodafone. I have a bill paid on Dec 10 and still Feb they have not paid the cash to vodafone. I am now facing legal charges because i have ported my number out of vodafone. As usual worst service from the provider and the store. Hate you vodafone...
