Vi Mini Store (Vodafone - Idea) - Telecommunications service provider in Kothamangalam - Ernakulam, India

Anyway this store is absolute fraud service they are getting money from people for the first recharge and holding money without any reason and their intention is to cheat the people. I already had A bad experience with these people. there intention is only to grab undeserved money from the people's pockets. And if anybody need to port into VI please understand that there is no compulsory first restart recharge. You can recharge from the Vodafone idea mobile app .don't give money for first recharge for this people because they are too greedy and they are too much fraud also

Service will change depends on the staff today 3rd aug staff was not customer friendly. Last week staff was good.

Service is good. But as we all know VI networks are worse than ever.
