The association doesn't seem to care about the quality of entrance . One have to take U turn while entering and definitely the gate must be switched from entry to exit and exit gate should be made as a entrance.

Damages on ramp / road near in and exit area needs to be repaired to smooth

Nice property. Good arrangements at the gate for guests visit. Have to give the block no & door no, along with your name & number. Your photo will be taken and the request will be sent to the flat owner through app. Only when it's accepted you can proceed to visit him.

I stayed in this community for 1.3 years. It was ok. There is a separate section for kids to play. The only thing that worried me was the maintenance cost. For a 3 bhk apartment, you have to pay more than 5500 as maintenance alone and that too near Avadi.

Interior from main road , railings in balcony could be lil more sturdy, play area needs grass beds , so that kids don't get hurt.

Visited to enquire to purchase a flat. Ground water quality is very bad. People who bought are unhappy and had health issue like hair fall etc., looks more like housing board buildings in looks.. Not liking it.
