Good spacious apartment with all good amentities. security, cctv, 24hr water facilities, lift, gym and pollution free peaceful residential area.
This is situated adjoining VGN Dynasty Melpakkam. It looks very shabby and poor cleanliness in and around the area. The type of the apartment is one bed room 'A'.
