The gym is located conveniently and different mode of transportation is available. Cleanliness and hygiene are well maintained. Proper place for changing clothes and clean bathroom. The gym is well equipped with proper working machines.The fees is quote reasonable too. The crowd is diverse with people of different age group and gender. Coming to the other part which is really important that is the environment of the gym. Being a first timer in gym I never felt out of place here. Vineet sir and other trainers will always motivate you to achieve your fitness goal and they go beyond their duty to help you out.The minute details and tips given by them during workout shows how closely they keep a watch on everyone.I received my workout chart within a week of joining.Working out is not only physical but also a mental game so being greeted with happy face every time you enter gym gives a lot of mental support too. The overall positive environment gives a personal touch to it.It gives immense satisfaction to workout with such knowledgeable trainers and other gym goers. Would totally recommend.

The VFA flows with a magic of perfection, it's a friendly place with the trainers and coaches helping you at each and every step. Your body will gain a new sense of peace while working out, the equipments are also well maintained so there's no chance of low quality service. The gym will literally feel like a home, if you are regular and train with your mind focussed.

How can one describe/review his home it's always the best. Other than that If you want to pursue powerlifting,bodybuilding and CrossFit etc, come join VFA hustlers. And also if you want to be fit and fine,look good and muscular getting that abs on point or anything come join Vfa. I can assure you your goals will be achieved but you have to be serious enough.

I am visiting the place for couple of year. Location is definitely a positive point for this property. I was a member of some of reputed brands too and I found the trainers are more passionate here. Instruments are also decent enough, though not the best. Only issue you will find is the space, it's a package in small size. Membership fee is inexpensive and there are facility for personal training if you are interested. Personally I can say if you value training more than the fancy instruments, it's the best place for you.

Absolutely great gym with wonderful trainers. I have been to one before but it's hardly comparable. Before joining, I got a tour of entire gym & was informed about what to expect. There's 3 floors, a section of 1st floor is for cardio, with cycling/treadmill, there's locker facility available & gladly no AC here as heat is an important factor for weight loss while rest of the floor is for leg workout & streching which is fully air conditioned. It also consist of a washroom & water filter. 2nd floor is for upper body workout, it has a changing room & another washroom. It is also fully air conditioned. 3rd floor is for atheletes. After I joined with my introverted friend, on our first week we did general workout under supervision & received personal workout chart next week (unlike in way to fitness gym where i received it 2 1/2 month later despite claiming otherwise). It's been more than 2 months since I joined VFA, I have gained few kg's weight, my strength has drastically increased & muscles are visibly taking shape unlike in the past gym (way to fitness) where I hardly made much progress & the trainers bugged you to buy personal training & paid little to no attention, whereas here the trainers took great care of us properly noticing us (I have never seen them taking a break!), explaning/demonstrating exercise, critiquing form (multiple times even today), reminding us to workout regularly (even at non exercise day to stretch), pushing us to put more effort/add more weight & assisting us to lift when we can't while having fun along the way, ofcourse without buying any personal training. As far as competence is concerned, you can see plenty of medals & trophy (from body building competitions) when you enter gym (& look right).It's not busy around the time I visit at 6am-8:00am or 5pm-6:30pm & didn't had to wait even if I visit a little later, except 2-3 times although it was short. I surely have a high opinion, my sister also recently enrolled here & came to similar conclusions. I highly recommend checking it out, you will also find members of all ages from both genders, including housewives & atheletes.

Trainers are really good and they will make your figure as per your wish only if you follow up the instructions as said. They are very friendly and will become like your family members. Quiet a few number of equipments are there . And I thik it is one of the affordable gym in the locality. Only one drawback is that the gym is not quite big.....if at any point lots of members come then you have to wait for your turn to use the equipments....need to co-operate with the other members to alternately use the equipments..and there will be crowding too. Other wise this is one of the best gym in the locality
