The quality of service is pretty decent. The only drawback I would mention here is that there may be a significant waiting time for each person, sometimes even going upto 30-45 minutes waiting period for each person.

My dog suffered heavy bleeding on his legs Coz of glass piece. I took him to Pathanamthitta clinic and that doctor refused to care him because he was so aggressive. Thanks to Dr Deepu fromv chegannur clinic. He is such a nice person, he took care of my dog with so much of care and gave him proper treatment. Doctor also found other issues and there will be a surgery next week. My Dog was saved was saved because of Deepu Doctor. He really deserve an award for his ethics. This hospital is really clean and tidy, we feel like it's a private hospital. I recommend people of Pathanamthitta to take your dog to this hospital, your dog will be saved if there is some serious issue.

Clinic is upgraded (2021-2022) and fully loaded with staffs and features. Doctors are experienced and well known for their expertise. Usually clinic starts at 9am and closes vaccination jobs prior noon. For the rest of the day, only emergency cases are attended. To avoid long waiting time, it's better to arrive a bit prior opening time and collect token. If you are coming with a young puppy or pet, it's better to carry in your hands or craddle or cage or keep them in your car or vehicle to avoid exposure to viruses from other pets/animals or through floor.
